Be sure to serve your fresh juice the moment it is ready. In most cases, you should use the juice immediately after you finish making it.

You should get the entire family involved in juicing because it is fun and easy. Invite the kids to clean the vegetables or fruit while an grown up chops them.

You can overcome constipation with juicing. Try foods such as beetroot, cabbage, figs, brussels sprouts or lettuce. These can help in clearing out your system. Juicing at least once a day will help your bowls move more smoothly through your body.
